Not a wall of logos.
What each qualification actually changes about your training — and what it doesn't make me.

What I learned: back-conscious exercise selection, building strength and mobility work for the spine, and instructing and correcting it — one to one and in groups.
What it means for you: exercises chosen for how well you can perform them, and progressed sensibly — especially if you sit a lot and want to start carefully.
It does not make me a doctor or a physiotherapist. It supports back-conscious training, not treatment. There is no ZPP certification and no health-insurance reimbursement.

The rest
A-Level Fitness Trainer
Training planning and periodisation: how load rises over weeks without execution falling apart.
Sport and fitness management apprenticeship (incl. B licence)
The foundation — training theory, anatomy and coaching in a gym setting.
Functional training
Exercises that train whole movement patterns rather than single muscles — the part that shows up in daily life.
Suspension training
Core stability using bodyweight, finely adjustable through the angle — and it works in a hotel room.
Free-weight training
Clean technique on the squat, hinge, press and pull — the basis for everything that gets heavier.
